Orders from Greece

International Orders
Incorrect Address & Non-Deliverable Packages

We ship orders in Greece and internationally . Shipment is possible through the following ways:

  • In Greece, by ELTA Courier company, Door-to-Door services.
  • Internationally, by the Greek Post Service (ELTA – Hellenic Post) as a certified shipment.

Orders from Greece:

For orders from Greece, the shipping cost is 3.50€ & the estimated time of delivery is 1-5 working days from the day of order completion. This means that Lyxnari Jewelry requires 7-10 working days to prepare your order, and then 1-5 working days for the parcel to reach you after shipping. (In case of remote/hard to reach areas, there may be a slight delay on the delivery.) 

For Greek orders over 60€, shipping is free of charge.

International Orders:

Certified shipment as a Letter RE (safety envelope – registered) via Greek Post Office (ELTA) costs 15€ worldwide. The estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 25 working days, depending on the destination. This means that Lyxnari Jewelry requires 7-10 working days to prepare your order, and then 5-25 working days for the package to reach you after shipping (usually 5-10 working days in the EU).

RE Letters carry a unique barcode & tracking number which you will receive via email. You can keep track of your package delivery at: https://www.elta.gr/track

For international orders over 200€, shipping is free of charge. 

Important note: Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and additional charges. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the corresponding customs office. Customs duties and import taxes are NOT included in the purchase price. Lyxnari Jewelry company has no control over such situations, therefore the buyer is solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees. If you have concerns about this, please check the regulations of your country before making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for understanding the policies of their own country.

In case of unforeseen factors like bad weather conditions, strikes, national holidays etc., there may be slight delays in the delivery times. 

Incorrect Address & Non-Deliverable Packages:

Please double-check your shipping address & ZIP Code before completing your order.

If your package is shipped to the wrong address, it will be returned to us. Of course we can resend it to you upon request, with an additional charge of shipping fees.

Lyxnari Jewelry can only be held accountable for the estimated timelines before shipping. As a customer, you agree to accept and pay for items/orders that may have been delayed in delivery or arrived during an undesirable time period.
