If you’d like to exchange or get refunded for a product you’ve received, you can do so within 15 days of delivery. To begin the process, please contact us first at info@lyxnarijewelry.com.

If the item you choose in exchange is of lower value than the original purchase, we’ll refund the price difference, excluding any interbank transfer fees, where applicable.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be sent back to us within 15 days of receipt.
  • It must be in unused, unworn condition, inside the original packaging, and as received. 
  • We must inspect and approve the returned product.
  • The return must include the original purchase receipt.

Note: Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted without prior contact, and we do not accept a second exchange for the same item. The cost of return shipping, any interbank fees, and possible customs charges (for countries outside the EU) will be covered solely by the customer. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive the item.

Return Costs Covered by Us

We will only cover return shipping costs in case there was a delay in delivery (excluding force majeure) or the product was damaged on arrival.

Custom Orders

For custom-made or special orders, a 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped. Please note that special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you cancel or change your mind, the advance payment will not be refunded. Special orders are excluded from the order cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders that are not custom-made can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. To cancel, simply email us at info@lyxnarijewelry.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your shipping date once the order is processed.

Refusing Delivery or Not Accepting an Order

If the order has been paid and shipped but you choose not to receive it, we will refund the cost of your items, minus the shipping fee, interbank fees (if any), and any customs charges (outside EU).

Wrong Shipping Address

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, we will refund you after deducting the shipping, interbank, and customs-related costs where applicable.
