Returns
Send your request via email to info@lyxnarijewelry.com. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Items opened must be returned in perfect condition with all components included.
Returns must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt. After this period, returns may be refused. All consumer rights and guarantees under applicable laws remain valid.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs due to a change of mind. Returns must be collected from the delivery address you provided. Please provide details like floor, elevator, stairs, etc., to assist the courier. If the courier believes collection may cause property damage, you will be informed. The courier will proceed only at your discretion.
You or a designated adult must be present during pickup and provide all components of the returned item. You’ll sign a receipt confirming pickup.
Refunds
